The rebrand

PKPJ Consulting is now NxtWorld.

We started as PKPJ Consulting, a managed IT provider helping Houston businesses with security, email, and infrastructure. We did good work. But a pattern emerged: every client started asking the same questions.

How do we actually use this? What can we automate? Where do we start? The need was obvious — small businesses needed help navigating this new and rapidly changing landscape where proper tools and training have become a moving target.

So we shifted focus. NxtWorld is the result — an AI implementation consultancy first, building intelligent automations, training teams, and integrating systems. Our managed IT capability remains available for Houston-area businesses, but our mission is clear: helping SMBs move faster with AI.

Before founding NxtWorld, Phillip spent 20+ years building production systems at JP Morgan Chase, United Airlines, and Shipt — handling infrastructure and engineering at enterprise scale.

He started this practice to bring the same engineering discipline to small businesses and professional practices that need it most.
